How do I reach Support with questions?
Support help is available Mon - Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. You can chat with us live from our website, or within PreciseFP itself. We strive to provide instant responses, but typically will respond in less than 5 minutes (if there happens to be a delay). We find chat to be extremely powerful and efficient as it allows us to share links and screen captures; something that is not possible over the phone.
“Now that I’ve tested PreciseFP myself, I think I’m ready to proclaim that the messy age when advisors and staff were keystroking client data into various programs is over. And more than that, we are entering the age of interactive financial planning, where the client and advisor create the financial plan together. Having the client’s information instantly available in the programs where it’s needed is a huge missing piece to the interactive puzzle.”
“PreciseFP™ offers numerous benefits other than just cost savings. First, because the software makes it so much easier to update existing questionnaires, you’ll probably use them more frequently with clients. Doing so can reveal changing client circumstances that they might not otherwise discuss with you in a timely fashion, or it might reveal additional revenue opportunities.”
“Client data gathering and form filling are the least glamorous tasks that make up your workday, but the activities are essential to create financial plans with correct information. Fortunately, there are a few solutions that can significantly streamline the arduous data-gathering process.
One product is PreciseFP, co-founded by Don Whalen and Sebastian Skwarek in 2008.“
“You can collect all of the data you need, including that which might go into a system through an integration, but also information that you normally wouldn’t get on a questionnaire that is in one of those [other] systems. I think that is the value of PreciseFP.”
“I am a big fan of PreciseFP and have been recommending that our Network members include it as part of their suite of tech solutions for a long time. PreciseFP masterfully simplifies and expedites the data gathering process, one of the most time-consuming tasks of on-boarding a new client and keeping a client’s financial information up to date.”
Spectrum Input, LLC, the developer of PreciseFP, a client data-gathering tool used by financial professionals, is committed to protecting your privacy by ensuring the security of your information on our website.
When you register for the first time, we will ask you to provide pieces of information that help us locate you within our system. Examples are your name, email address, and contact information. You will also be asked to create a password, which should not be shared with anyone.
We use your name to personalize your financial professional’s unique PreciseFP online client forms and PDFs; both of which are generated by the system. We use your email address to confirm your subscription, user name and password, and to provide customer service. As a registered user, when you select the option to customize, create or access your client forms, we will recognize you by your user name and password. We may also use the contact information we collect to notify you about any new functions included in our software or new services offered by our website.
To use our online client forms, your financial professional will invite you to input personal financial data for you and, if applicable, your spouse or partner. The requested personal financial data can include, but is not limited to, such components as annual income, current values of and annual additions to investment assets, and lifetime and legacy-related goals. In many instances, these entries are optional. All financial professionals’ forms are unique, since PreciseFP allows for edit form templates. So fields within the forms will vary from one account to another. Our software facilitates the capturing, storage, and transmission of data that relates specifically to you and your unique financial situation.
“Cookies” are small files used by web sites to store information on your computer. For PreciseFP to work properly, your browser must be enabled to accept cookies. When you access your financial data, we use a state-of-the-art secure server environment to keep all of your personal information as secure as possible. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us, and all data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. This approach helps ensure that your personal and financial information remains safe and private.
